WHAT SHALL WE DO

TODAY?

Life Enrichment

null

A fully comprehensive life enrichment program in a retirement community addresses all five dimensions of wellness — emotional, social, spiritual, physical and educational. At Taos Retirement Village, we strive to offer activities and events that focus on these five dimensions of wellness.

Our state certified Director of Life Enrichment has a mission of meeting with each resident to determine life activities enjoyed before moving to the Village and what new activities you might like to pursue. We believe that our residents can only reach their best level of health and wellness by remembering to feed their mind, body and soul.

Each month the Life Enrichment department delivers a monthly calendar and newsletter to each resident’s door. We find this is the most direct way to make sure the residents are aware of the many activities available such as community and cultural events, seminars, movies, speakers, spiritual services and activities, trips to events, landmarks and sightseeing excursions.
